Security Blue Team Level 1 (BTL1) Training
BTL1 at FAU Continuing Education brings the practical blue-team certification for defenders to South Florida. Offered through Florida Atlantic University's partnership with Applied Technology Academy, the course is taught live — online or in the Boca Raton classroom — by ATA practitioner instructors who work in the field they teach.
The program develops phishing analysis, SIEM and log analysis, network and endpoint investigation, and digital forensics fundamentals. It is built for SOC, incident-response and forensics roles, assessed in a hands-on practical exam, and FAU Continuing Education students train alongside working professionals from across South Florida's technology and defense employers.
